The SECURE SE01-06A(REV.4)-00 utilizes a wet chemical agent that reacts with hot cooking oils and fats to form a soap-like blanket (saponification), cooling the fuel and sealing off oxygen to prevent reignition. It also provides reliable protection against Class A solid organic materials.

Equipped with an extended lance/applicator wand on a flexible hose, it allows the operator to apply the fire suppression agent safely from a distance without splashing burning oil. The unit features an easy-to-read pressure gauge, an intuitive squeeze-grip lever, and operates reliably in ambient temperature ranges between $+5\text{ }^\circ\text{C}$ and $+60\text{ }^\circ\text{C}$ at a working pressure of $15\text{ bar}$ (tested to $30\text{ bar}$).
