The Avalon AN-FOS-2×4-SC/APC 1U splitter module is a high-performance fibre optic solution designed to optimise space and efficiency in network environments. This 19-inch sliding fibre optic splitter panel allows for quick installation and easy access to splitter ports, maximising fibre density in limited 1U rack spaces. Integrated front-side fibre management ensures organised and efficient routing of fibre jumpers. Built on Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) technology, the splitter offers ultra-low insertion loss and low polarisation-dependent loss. Avalon’s 2×4 splitter evenly distributes optical signals from one or two inputs to four outputs across a wide spectral range, ensuring reliable performance. Fully compliant with Telcordia GR-1209 and GR-1221 standards, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
