The SECURE SE01-09A(REV.4)-00 uses an advanced wet chemical agent that reacts with hot cooking oils to form a soap-like layer (saponification), sealing off oxygen and rapidly cooling the fire to prevent reignition. It is equally effective against Class A organic solid fires.

Designed for safe operation, it features an extended applicator lance connected to a flexible hose, enabling personnel to apply the chemical agent from a safe distance without splashing hot fats or oils. The unit includes a visual pressure gauge for quick inspection, an ergonomic squeeze-grip lever, and operates across temperature ranges from $+5\text{ }^\circ\text{C}$ to $+60\text{ }^\circ\text{C}$ at a working pressure of $15\text{ bar}$ (tested to $30\text{ bar}$).
