The SR 77-3 Escape Hood is designed as a combined filtering respiratory protective device and self-rescue hood for situations involving fires or chemical emissions. This hood is based on the Sundström silicone half mask, securely integrated into a flame-resistant hood made of high-quality material. These hoods are vacuum-packed in robust aluminum bags. Putting on the hood is a quick and straightforward process, requiring no prior adjustments. It’s available in two sizes, catering to the needs of both adults and teenagers. The hood is equipped with a gas filter SR 331-2 (ABEK1-CO) and a particle filter SR 510 (P3), providing short-term protection against carbon monoxide and various other toxic gases and particles that may be encountered during a fire or chemical emission incident.
