It has a capacity measured in fluid ounces when closed and the tab is folded three times. The bag should not be used above 180°F (82°C) but can be frozen to any temperature. It is sterilized after manufacturing. The giant-sized Whirl-Pak® bag eliminates the need to reduce large samples and has a secure closing tab with round and flat wires.
